Description

This series is especially important for our women members because it empowers them with practical tools, confidence, and perspective to lead effectively at work and in the community. It also fosters connection among women professionals, reminding them that their voices, experiences, and leadership styles matter—and that growth is strongest when it’s shared. We look forward to having you join us!
Organizations and businesses across all sectors have faced significant disruption in recent years, requiring leaders to make difficult decisions, adapt quickly, and remain grounded in their mission. In this session, Peggy Anderson will share lessons from leading through uncertainty, organizational change, external pressures, and adversity, while reflecting on the unique expectations often placed on women leaders. Attendees will leave with practical strategies for building resilience, leading with authenticity, giving themselves grace, and supporting their teams through challenging times.
- Identify personal leadership gaps and build a team with the skills, perspectives, and strengths needed to complement them.
- Explore approaches to communicating clearly and making decisions when answers are not always clear.
- Identify ways to remain mission-focused while navigating turbulence, competing priorities, and external pressure.
- Understand how women leaders can remain true to their values while navigating complex professional and personal challenges.
- Gain tools for balancing competing priorities and moving organizations forward when stakes are high.
- Face discomfort directly while staying grounded in your values, responsibilities, and long-term organizational goals.
