Richland Moves! is providing input for a Bicycle Plan for the City of Mansfield, the identification of bike routes and lanes, support for road projects that include planning for bicyclists and pedestrians and promotion of bicycling events. This meeting is open to all who want to be part of making Richland County a great place to be active.
