Imposter Syndrome
Jodie and Annamarie will be having a conversation about and exploring the topic of Imposter Syndrome. According to the Harvard Business Review, “Imposter syndrome can be defined as a collection of feelings of inadequacy that persist despite evident success. ‘Imposters‘ suffer from chronic self-doubt and a sense of intellectual fraudulence that override any feelings of success or external proof of their competence”.
Perhaps you can identify with these feelings as many smart and successful people do. Join us as we explore how Imposter Syndrom is defined, how it may affect us in our careers, and ways in which one might overcome it.
