Lunch WISE Wednesday - Five Levels of Leadership
This collaborative series exclusively for women is being co-hosted by the Richland Area Chamber of Commerce and the Small Business Development Center at Ashland University. Each month we'll have a time of powerful networking, a motivational "TED-type" talk as well as a chance to learn more about your community. We look forward to having you join us!
5 Levels of Leadership
There are many different theories and ideas on leadership, including John Maxwell's 5 Levels of Leadership. Maxwell's levels are Position, Permission, Production, People Development and Pinnacle. Whether you are an emerging leader, seasoned leader or a leader who is coaching and mentoring others, learning about these levels may help you understand how to have greater influence and results.
