DESCRIPTION:This collaborative series exclusively for women is being co-hosted by the Richland Area Chamber of Commerce and the Small Business Development Center at Ashland University.  Each month we'll have a time of powerful networking\, a motivational "TED-type" talk as well as a chance to learn more about your community.  We look forward to having you join us!\n\n\n\n5 Levels of Leadership\n\nThere are many different theories and ideas on leadership\, including John Maxwell's 5 Levels of Leadership. Maxwell's levels are Position\, Permission\, Production\, People Development and Pinnacle.  Whether you are an emerging leader\, seasoned leader or a leader who is coaching and mentoring others\, learning about these levels may help you understand how to have greater influence and results.\n\n\n\nMeet our speaker:\n\n\n\nDuana Patton\n\nChief Executive Officer\, Ohio District 5 Area Agency on Aging\, Inc.\n\nDuana has been with the Ohio District 5 Area Agency on Aging\, Inc. since 1994 where she started in human resources. She quickly advanced to overseeing operational\, financial\, and human resources functions as the Operational Director. In 2006\, Ms. Patton became the Chief Executive Officer of the Ohio District 5 Area Agency on Aging\, Inc. \n\nDuana is a certified Strategic Agile Organizational Leadership coach\, an Executive Coach\, a certified John Maxwell speaker\, and a certified emerging leader coach.  Duana has spoken at local\, state\, and national events on the topics of leadership\, board governance\, strategic planning\, and customer service.\n\nDuana serves on numerous local\, state and national boards where she contributes her knowledge of aging\, non-profit management\, leadership and business development.  Duana's passion is to help others succeed and grow both personally and professionally. \n\nShe holds an MBA in Healthcare Management from Western Governors.
