Job Description •Selling of voice, data, and TV products and services in designated areas. •Presenting an integrated solution-centered approach to customer's needs. •Engaging in Consultative Solution Selling. •Applying technical knowledge and experience. •Managing customer's accounts by providing stellar customer service. •Managing customer's accounts to retain existing business. •Taking ownership to resolve customer issues/problems. •Multitasking and looking for innovative solutions.
