Description
This series, designed especially with women in mind, is being hosted by the Richland Area Chamber & Economic Development. Each month, we gather for a time of powerful networking, a motivational "TED-type" talk, as well as a chance to learn more about our community.
This series is especially important for our women members because it empowers them with practical tools, confidence, and perspective to lead effectively at work and in the community. It also fosters connection among women professionals, reminding them that their voices, experiences, and leadership styles matter—and that growth is strongest when it’s shared. We look forward to having you join us!
Be So Great You Cannot Be Ignored: Using Emotional Intelligence to Thrive in Life and in Any Industry
So often as women in male-dominated fields, and in life in general, we are underestimated. Throughout this session, we will explore how to use this and our innate abilities to our advantage. This discussion will explore how to use emotional intelligence and softer qualities in a powerful and strong manner daily in your life. You will learn core principles that will help guide you through life and career with confidence and poise. By the end of this session, you will have tools to take with you that will make you so great that you cannot be ignored.
