The Richland County Land Bank, with development partner Community Building Partners, will host an Informational Meeting at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 3rd at Shelby City Hall to discuss the Welcome Home Homeownership program. The meeting will include construction timelines, buyer eligibility requirements, available addresses, and a detailed description of the homes.
