A very big event "The International Festival", sponsored by the Sister Cities Association of Mansfield; co-sponsored by the Mansfield News Journal, The Richland Academy, The Human Relations Commission and WMAN, is scheduled on Saturday, October 23 from 11 am to 5 pm at The Richland Academy of the Arts.
Once again many wonderful people have made a dream become a reality. You can be a part as well.
