The Avita Health Foundation and Avita Home Health & Hospice are hosting our inaugural Memorial & Survivors Walk on Saturday, October 3, 2026, at the Fagan Family Healing & Memorial Garden at Avita Ontario Hospital South Campus. The event honors cancer fighters, celebrates survivors, and remembers loved ones. Registration is free and open to everyone in our community. This event is open to everyone whose life has been touched by cancer, regardless of where they were treated. Highlights include a non-competitive walk, music and entertainment, inspiring speakers, activities for the family, opportunity to share a message on the dedication wall, and opportunity to purchase a commemorative t-shirt.
