This collaborative  series exclusively for women is being co-hosted by the Richland Area Chamber of Commerce, Mind Body Align, and the Small Business Development Center at Ashland University.  Each month we'll have a time of powerful networking, a motivational "TED-type" talk as well as a chance to learn more about your community.  We look forward to having you join us!

Join us this month for a panel discussion on Elder Preparedness.  Professionals in this field will give information and answer your questions.


 Lanie Roberts has been in Outreach and Marketing at Hospice of North Central Ohio (HNCO) since 2015, during which time her perspective on end-of-life care and conversation has changed dramatically. HNCO is a non-profit agency providing compassionate palliative, hospice and bereavement care to the area for more than 30 years.
Prior to her time at HNCO, Lanie worked for 25 years in the Office of Admission at Ashland University and as Assistant Manager of Downtown Perk in Ashland. She also assists her husband Robin with his graphic design/fine art studio, Red Red Design/Robin Roberts Fine Art. They are the parents of three grown children and three beautiful granddaughters.


Erica Parnisari is the Signature Events Coordinator for the Alzheimer’s Association where she organizes the Walk to End Alzheimer’s for the North Central Ohio, Sandusky and Tiffin communities.  Held annually in more than 600 communities nationwide, the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s® is the world’s largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support and research. This inspiring event calls on participants of all ages and abilities to join the fight against the disease! On the local level, the North Central Ohio Walk is working to raise $78,000 this year at the Walk, which will be held on September 14 at the OSU/NCSC campus.


Teresa Cook serves as the Vice President of Marketing and Development at the Ohio District 5 Area Agency on Aging, Inc. She has worked in social services for more than 21 years, and has spent 19 years working to provide resources and quality care to individuals over age 60 and those with disabilities through the Area Agency on Aging.
Teresa has a comprehensive background in aging services. She has written and administered multiple federal and state grants for both senior hunger and senior home repair and minor home modification. Her research, programming, and innovative outreach strategies for rural aging populations have been recognized at multiple national conferences on food insecurity, SNAP, and the Campus Dining Program.


Kailey Bradley is a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC) and the bereavement coordinator at Hospice of North Central Ohio.  Kailey performs various workshops on grief, loss, legacy writing, and is passionate about facilitation of end of life conversations.
