Mandy Davis
Director of Human Resources | OhioHealth – North Region
Mandy Davis is the Director of Human Resources for OhioHealth’s North Region, which includes Mansfield, Marion, Morrow County, Van Wert, Hardin County, and Shelby. With over 20 years of experience in human resources, Mandy has spent the last 14 years dedicated to healthcare HR leadership at OhioHealth. Her career spans multiple industries, including banking and social services, bringing a diverse and people-centered perspective to her work. Mandy is passionate about creating positive, engaging workplace cultures and supporting the teams who deliver exceptional care to their communities.
Josh Hughes
Of Counsel | Ogletree Deakins
Josh Hughes brings over two decades of experience helping employers and educational institutions navigate complex legal and HR challenges. Now serving as Of Counsel at Ogletree Deakins in Columbus, Josh offers practical, real-world legal insight shaped by his years as General Counsel for a private Midwestern university and leadership within healthcare and higher education HR departments.
His expertise spans employment law, workplace investigations, disability access, wage and hour compliance, and Title IX issues. Known for his collaborative approach and deep understanding of organizational dynamics, Josh equips employers with strategies that support both compliance and culture.
He holds a J.D., cum laude, from Michigan State University and a B.S.S. from Ohio University, and is licensed to practice in Ohio, Michigan, U.S. District Court, Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio. When he’s not advising clients or speaking at conferences, you’ll find him traveling, cheering on his favorite teams, or competing in a lively game of pickleball.
Paige Perkeybile
Human Resources Manager | Major Metals Company
Paige Perkeybile is the human resources manager at Major Metals Company, a steel tubing manufacturer in Mansfield, Ohio. Although employed at Major Metals Company since July 2016, she has been in the field for over 25 years. She has previously worked in Human Resources at Ashland University, MedCentral Health System (OhioHealth Mansfield), and Jay Workforce Solutions. Her first exposure to the field of Human Resources was at SARCA Manufacturing, where she was an administrative assistant completing personnel duties.
Paige obtained her Associate’s degree in Business Administration and Finance at North Central State College and her Bachelor of Science degree at Ashland University with majors in Business Management and Marketing. She also completed courses through the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM). Paige is also a current member of SHRM.
She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the United Way or Richland County, Madison Adult Career Center Advisory Board, Pioneer Career and Technology Center Industrial Electricity program committee, and North Central State College (NCSC) Alumni Committee.
Claire Ross, SHRM-CP
Senior Human Resources Business Partner | Charter Next Generation
Claire Ross is a people-focused HR professional with over eight years of experience at Charter Next Generation. In her time with the company, she’s held a variety of roles across the HR space—from generalist work and recruiting to employee engagement and HR business partnering. She currently serves as a Senior HRBP, supporting both leaders and employees through strategic guidance and day-to-day partnership.
Claire is especially passionate about creating a workplace where people feel valued and supported. She co-led the launch of Charter Next Generation’s first Women’s Employee Resource Group and is always looking for ways to help others grow and thrive. Claire is SHRM-CP certified and brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to everything she does.
