Begun in 1913 and formerly known as the ''Main Street of America,'' the Lincoln Highway was our country’s first paved coast-to-coast road. In celebration of this proud heritage the Ohio Lincoln Highway Historic Byway will host the 6th annual Main Street Across America Buy-Way Yard Sale. Join your friends, neighbors and visitors from across the Midwest to browse the many yard sales along the Lincoln Highway Historic Byway.  Looking to clear out your garage or basement? Do you need to unload your collection of Beanie Babies and Elvis memorabilia? Why not join us in Central Park for the Lincoln Highway Buyway Garage Sale. The sale will be held on Thursday August 5, Friday, August 6, and Saturday, August 7 from 9am until 5pm. 10 by 10 spaces may be reserved. Vendors are welcome to setup at 8am and sales will begin at 9am. This is the sixth year that Mansfield has participated in the Lincoln Highway Celebration, starting in New York City and ending in San Francisco, Ohio is one of the few states along the corridor that participates with a state wide sale.
