So many exciting things are happening in Richland County! Join us in our new series, Fri-Yay!, where we will celebrate good news in our community. You won't want to miss these 30 minute, monthly updates on the fourth Friday of each month at noon. We'll hear about the great things happening right where we live and work. Shelby Downtown Revitalization
We will give an update on the overall ED plan and how downtown revitalization is a key part of the strategy to attract a new younger generation back to Shelby. We will cover the three phases that are part of the overall plan: Main Street Streetscape, Black Fork Commons Plaza, and Black Fork Trail and Stream Restoration.
