Each includes:
- A 2-hour discovery session in person or on Zoom with organizational leaders.
- Systems & departmental discovery sessions via Zoom.
- Priority matrix of identified opportunities for AI & automation strategies to address goals and pain points.
- A mapped strategy for AI & automation systems to address pain points and opportunities as prioritized by the client, using existing systems where possible.
- Cost, complexity, and ROI estimates, with clear implementation next steps.
