Our Speaker : Duana Patton
Duana Patton is the CEO of the Area Agency on Aging, a private non-profit organization located in north central Ohio. She is also the President and CEO of the Area Agency on Aging Foundation. Duana is a certified John Maxwell Trainer and Speaker, focusing on customer service, board governance and leadership development. She has presented to groups on these and other topics focused on building healthy teams and organizations.
Duana has over 30 years’ experience in the private and non-profit sectors as an executive leader, entrepreneur, business developer and trainer. She uses her influence and relationships to improve communities, grow emerging leaders and strategically align business with mission and vision.
Duana values giving back to community and in her spare time serves as a leader on the North Central State College Foundation Board and is a member of the Galion Rotary. She enjoys networking and finding opportunities to partner with others on projects and business development.
Duana has an MBA in Health Care. She has been married for 28 years to her husband Terry and she has grown twin daughters and looks forward to grandchildren in the future.
