Objectives:
- Learn the overall state of more people working past the age of 65 and why we are seeing this trend and the affects it has on business.
- Discover the rights and benefits of those over 65 years old. Could Medicare options be better for those employees than employee health benefits?
- What's in it for the employer? Are there hidden premium savings?
Eric Parr is Business Development and Risk Management Specialist at Parr Insurance. Graduating from Heidelberg University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and Computer Information Systems, he enjoys Big Picture Planning and looking for risks and opportunities in the lives of those he works with.
Eric and his wife Adrienne have three children. Eric was a past president of the Kiwanis Club, he is a member of the Masonic Lodge 35, and participates with his son in Boy Scouts. Being a Full-Time Dad takes up most of his spare hours, but when he does have some free time he loves to enjoy the outdoors.
