Description

Notice . . . Wonder . . . Question . . . Play . . . At the Little Buckeye Children's Museum January Business After Hours Thursday, January 24 5 to 7 p.m. The Little Buckeye Children's Museum is a unique, safe and welcoming environment where young children (0-12) and families can strengthen relationships and experience the benefits of play that are critical to human development.  The museum's colorful, interactive exhibits support exploration, imagination, creativity, and self-discovery through science, art, and literacy. Classes, adult and family workshops, and outreach programs offer even more opportunities for learning and growth, and supportive services including food, retail store, and lounge enhance the overall children's museum experience. Join us as the adults get a chance to explore the Little Buckeye Children's Museum. You will have the opportunity to get in touch with your ''inner child'' as the museum will be closed to children that evening. See what this new attraction to Mansfield has to offer to your children, grandchildren, etc. This is the perfect chance to see another of Mansfield's ''Best Kept Secrets'' and learn how the museum came to fruition. A new section of the Museum will be showcased at our event. This section includes a huge train exhibit and an airplane exhibit complete with an 18 foot 2 passenger plane! Two Cousins Pizza will be offering samples of some of their fantastic menu items, such as Gut Buster Pizza, and the Museum will be offering all of your favorite icy cold beverages. The cost for the Little Buckeye Children's Museum Business After Hours is $5 if paid by noon on Thursday, January 24 and $6 at the door. Contact the Chamber at (419) 522-3211, ext. 221 or 222 to register for this event.
