DESCRIPTION:This series\, designed especially with women in mind\, is being hosted by the Richland Area Chamber & Economic Development. Each month\, we gather for a time of powerful networking\, a motivational "TED-type" talk\, as well as a chance to learn more about our community. We look forward to having you join us!\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nIn this empowering presentation\, attendees will learn how to confidently take up space in their professional lives\, embracing visibility\, and voicing their opinions with authority. The session will cover practical strategies for developing and owning a personal brand\, effectively navigating traditional workplace environments\, and being bold in career decisions.\n\n\n\nMoreover\, participants will explore ways to maintain a strong sense of purpose and personal identity amidst the demands of their careers\, ensuring that they remain true to themselves while advancing professionally. By the end of the presentation\, women will be equipped with actionable insights and tools to thrive in their careers without compromising who they are.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nJessica Hiser is the Director of Marketing and Advertising for Spherion Mid Ohio. With over a decade of experience in the Marketing world\, her passion is connecting the dots of the message to the solution. Whether that's through massive campaigns\, dissecting analytics\, or discovering creative ways to communicate\, Jessica is constantly adapting to the needs and changes of marketing in today's world.\n\n \n\nA graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University\, Jessica has her degree in Public Relations and double emphasis in Mass Communication and Business Organization. Raised a Buckeye in 'state up north' she met her husband in college and moved to his hometown 12 years ago. They currently live in Mansfield\, with their two daughters Rowen (8) and Elliot (5).\n\n \n\nActive in the community\, Jessica is the board President for Downtown Mansfield Inc.\, and serves on the Buckeye Imagination\, and Richland Academy of The Arts boards. Part of the '2.0' Mansfield Rising team\, Jessica and 8 others attended SXSW in Austin\, Tx. this year. They are actively working to continue the momentum of the 2018 Mansfield Rising plan to revitalize the greater Mansfield community.\n\n \n\nIn her spare time\, she enjoys traveling with her family\, hitting the slopes at Snow-Trails\, thrifting\, good Mexican food\, and never passes up a chance to sing karaoke!
