SUMMARY:Women's Leadership Connection - Mentorship\, Women in the Workplace\, and Automotive Tips Every Woman Should Know
DESCRIPTION:Formerly Lunch WISE Wednesday\, this series exclusively for women is being hosted by the Richland Area Chamber of Commerce.  Each month we'll have a time of powerful networking\, a motivational "TED-type" talk as well as a chance to learn more about your community.  We look forward to having you join us!\n\nJoin us for an engaging conversation on why now is the best time in history for women in the workforce\, the importance of mentorship\, and automotive safety tips every woman should know!\n\n\n\nMeet our speaker\, DeLee Powell\n\n\nDeLee Powell is a lifelong resident of Richland County\, graduating from Mansfield Senior High School and going directly into the family business\, now Baker?s Collision\, Glass and Service Centers.  She has twin sons Charlie and Chris\, a daughter Kimberly and five grandchildren.\n\n \n\nDuring her career she was a consultant and educator\, training over 400 of the top performing collision repair facilities in the United States. Currently she is President of her family business. DeLee is a Mansfield Rotarian currently the Mansfield Rotary Club Foundation Chair and Board Member.  The Salvation Army\, Advisory Board member\, member of the National Autobody Council\,  Member of WIN\, Chair of the Area Action Council for the National Federation of Independent Businesses (NFIB)\, and a supporter of the Richland County United Way\, as well as other organizations.\n\n \n\nIn 2021 she was awarded Most Influential Women in the Collision Repair Industry\, by Women?s Industry Network (WIN) and just this past February she received the Athena Leadership Award from Richland Area Chamber and Economic Development.\n\n\n\nThank you SCORE for sponsoring this event!
