DESCRIPTION:Richland Newhope\, in collaboration with Richland Public Health\, Richland County Children Services\, the Mansfield Y\, and the Richland Mall\, will hold its second annual 'Step Into Spring Fun Walk' at the Richland Mall. This is a free event open to the public. Registration starts at 10 a.m. with the walk starting around 10:30. The first 100 people to sign in will get a goodie bag. The walk is being held to mark Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month in March.
