DESCRIPTION:What is Shop Small   Richland County?\n\n  Shop Small (Small Business Saturday) is a national movement encouraging shoppers to support locally owned businesses during the holiday season.\n\n  Richland County's Shop Small celebration will take place on Saturday\, November 22\, 2025 (one week before the national date)\, to help capture shopping dollars before Black Friday and boost local participation.\n\n  Chamber membership is not required to participate. ALL locally owned small businesses are welcome.\n\nMany participants report this program as one of their busiest and most successful shopping days of the year.\n\n \n\nHow the Program Works\n\n1. Register your business online using this form.\n\n2. Host your own prize drawing on November 22. The Chamber will provide printable entry forms (or you may create your own).\n\n3. Encourage shoppers to enter your drawing while visiting your store   no purchase necessary.\n\n4. Select and notify your winner at the end of the day. Share a winner photo on social media and tag the Richland Area Chamber to boost your visibility!\n\n5. Provide a prize valued at $25 or more (item\, gift card\, or local experience).\n\n \n\nCountywide Grand Prize Drawings\n\nIn addition to store-level prizes\, the Chamber will sponsor five (5) $100 countywide grand prizes.\n\n \n\n  Shoppers can scan a QR code at your business to register to win.\n\n  The Chamber will provide your flyer with the QR code and instructions.\n\n  The Chamber will select and notify the winners directly.\n\n \n\nWhy Participate?\n\nWith the help of sponsors and media partners\, the Chamber invests thousands of dollars each year to promote Shop Small - Richland County across multiple platforms.\n\nFor the cost of a $25 prize\, your business gains community-wide exposure and attracts new local customers.\n\n \n\nRegister by November 10\, 2025.\n\n \n\nFees/Admission\n\nThere is no cost to participate.
