Don't procrastinate for perfection\n\n			Time Management.Ways to be present and still side hustle.\n\n			Staying Motivated in a Competitive Marketplace \n\n			\n\n			\n\n			Jodie Snavely is the Group Tour/Media Director at Destination Mansfield Richland County and can proudly say she has been with the company for 32 years.\n\n			She organized and implemented these Shawshank events: 20-Year Reunion\, 20th Anniversary and the successful 25th Anniversary. She also maintains the Shawshank Trail and Haunted Mansfield web sites\, social platforms\, print materials\, ads and related events.\n\n			She develops themed itineraries for group tours to create destination awareness and assists influencers visiting the area.\n\n			In her free time\, she runs   marathons and creates custom-made leather dog collars.\n\n			 \n		\n	\n\n\n\nAmy Hiner is the mother of two beautiful children. She's always been one to challenge herself whether that be in academics\, athletics\, or in the business arena. Her professional background is in education as she has her Master's Degree in Educational Leadership and her Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education. In 2009\, Amy started her first side hustle in direct sales with Premier Designs Jewelry as she also worked full-time as a 3rd grade teacher. Her goal was to pay off her student loan debt (over $50\,000)\, pay cash for her wedding\, and earn enough to be a stay-at-home mother. Thanks to that side-hustle\, she did all of that. In the summer of 2018\, Amy saw the Richland County Foundation advertising its first ever\, Idea Audition. She decided to apply with her first invention\, Gate Genie\, a fabric cover for ugly baby/pet gates. Although Gate Genie was not as successful as anticipated\, she learned about the challenges and barriers of being a start-up company/entrepreneur. She applauds all entrepreneurs who are successful and encourages you to support small businesses. \n\n\n\n\nKorinna Fraizer Goettel is a family-loving\, tree-hugging\, accidental entrepreneur. The idea for Figg's cocktail mixers was born from a Christmas gift of apple pie moonshine. Now Figg's is enjoyed all over the country. \n\nMy experience in the world of food led to my current position as director of Idea Works Entrepreneurs' Kitchen. Now I enjoy helping new entrepreneurs jump into the food business and guiding them with knowledge I have gained over the years of running Figg's.\n\nI am a life-long resident of Richland County\, except for 3 years at Kent State University to finish up a Bachelor's in Business degree which began at the Mansfield Branch of OSU. The opportunity to play a part in downtown Mansfield's revitalization is exciting and rewarding.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThis collaborative series exclusively for women is being co-hosted by the Richland Area Chamber of Commerce and the Small Business Development Center at Ashland University.
