DESCRIPTION:This collaborative new series exclusively for women is being co-hosted by the Richland Area Chamber of Commerce\, Mind Body Align\, and the Small Business Development Center at NCSC.  Each month we'll have a time of powerful networking\, a motivational "TED-style" talk as well as a chance to learn more about your community.  \n\n\n\nThis Lunch WISE event we focus on gratitude.  The Merriam Webster dictionary defines gratitude as "a feeling of thankfulness" Let's take this time to explore our personal experience of the feeling of thankfulness.  How does gratitude show up in your life?  What is the felt sensation of gratitude\, or how does it feel in your body? How do you know you're feeling grateful?  Mindfulness teacher and practitioner\, Annamarie Fernyak will guide us through a short mindfulness practice to encourage personal exploration of feelings and experiences which can be a strong foundation for living your life purposefully and intentionally.
