DESCRIPTION:This collaborative new series exclusively for women is being co-hosted by the Richland Area Chamber of Commerce\, Mind Body Align\, and the Small Business Development Center at NCSC.  Each month we'll have a time of powerful networking\, a motivational "TED-type" talk as well as a chance to learn more about your community. \n\n\n\nThis month's topic:\n\nHow to Market/Communicate with Millenials:\n\n \n\nMillenials are a roughly 80 million strong population segment in the U.S. and make up nearly a quarter of the entire population. They make up a large part of the workforce and are steadily growing as boomers retire and they take their places. With annual purchasing power of $200 billion\, its worth your time to discover\, who are these Gen Y people?  How can you communicate with\, work with\, and market to millenials?  Let's dig in and find out!\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPresenter: Jessica Gribben\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nJessica Gribben was born and raised in Richland County and is proud to call north central Ohio her home. Jessica graduated from Crestview High School and attended The Ohio State University Mansfield before she took a job at a local bank.  She has worked in the real estate industry\, on the finance side\, for the past 12 years gaining a wealth of knowledge before returning to school and obtaining her real estate license.  Jessica is a member of National Association of Realtors\, Ohio Association of Realtors\, and the Mansfield and Ashland Board of Realtors.\n\nJessica is active in her local community as president of the Richland Young Professionals\, a volunteer for the United Way of Richland County\, a board member at the Richland County Foundation and a member of the RCDG executive board.  She is also a Leadership Unlimited alumni.  Jessica enjoys spending her free time with her husband Levi\, son Jacob\, and their dog Flash.
