DESCRIPTION:This collaborative  series exclusively for women is being co-hosted by the Richland Area Chamber of Commerce\, Mind Body Align\, and the Small Business Development Center at Ashland University.  Each month we'll have a time of powerful networking\, a motivational "TED-type" talk as well as a chance to learn more about your community.  We look forward to having you join us!\n\n\n\n\n\nKristie Massa \n\nWork Information:\n\nStarted with Richland Bank in April of 2006 after 11 years at Macy's\n\nHeld various positions with Richland Bank: Branch Manager\, Business Development Officer\, and Local Marketing Manager.\n\nCurrently part of the Central Marketing and Communications team heading up projects for Retail Banking at Park National Corporation\n\nVolunteer Information:\n\nUnited Way of Richland County: past board member and past board president.\n\nChair for the Power of the Purse event benefitting the United Way of Richland County for 8 years\n\nRotary Club of Mansfield: member\, past board member and past board president. Currently chair of the McGowan Courage Awards\n\nMember of the Leadership Unlimited Advisory Board\n\nBoard member for the Humane Society of Richland County\n\nCurrent Chair of The Women's Fund\n\nCore Team Leader for the preschool rooms at Crossroads Community Church\n\nServed as part of the City Center Vision Team for Crossroads Community Church\n\nPersonal Information:\n\nBorn in Mansfield\, Ohio where I have lived most of my life.\n\n1991 graduate of Mansfield Senior High School (go TY-tygers!!)\n\nEarned Bachelor Degree in Business Management\, Organizational Behavior from Miami University\n\nMarried to my husband Zach for 18 years\n\nWe live in Mansfield with our 6 pids (puppy-kids) Sophie\, Sammy\, Stella\, Snickers\, Mitzy and Clementine (yes I am a self-proclaimed crazy dog lady)
