DESCRIPTION:The Seasons of Being Stuck\n\nWith Chris McAlister\, founder of SightShift\n\nThe session takes participants through discovering the actions they need to take through the 4 seasons in their journey\, in order to get unstuck and grow to the next level. We discuss how letting go\, leaning in\, taking bold action\, and approaching work from a playful place allows one to tune into what inspires them and to create work that's aligned with who they are.\n\n\n\nParticipants will:\n\n	Analyze their current situation and develop action plans for moving forward.\n	Learn to overcome the obstacles preventing them from performing at their best and with a high degree of creativity.\n\nChris McAlister is the founder of SightShift\, a company that helps ambitious people be courageous and kind.\n\n \n\nLiving in Columbus\, Ohio with his wife and three daughters\, McAlister spends his free time hanging out combining things. He's particularly fond of three combos: running & sauna\, bourbon & bbq\, and watching The Office with his family. He's authored five books\, spoken to thousands of people\, and loves the work of helping others unblock their best leadership.
